This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the collection, processing and protection of personal data provided by users in connection with the use of the services offered by Villa Jupiter, Villa Antares and Villa Antares II.

-The administrator of the personal data is STAR-SAT A. Prędka, registered in Szczecin (hereinafter: Administrator).

-The Administrator acts in accordance with the relevant legal acts on the protection of personal data, in particular the provisions of the Act of 10 May 2018 (as amended) on the protection of personal data and the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) on 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (“RODO”).

-Personal data provided by means of electronic communication, in particular by means of contact forms and also in person at the facilities, offices and by post, including: name, postal address, email address, telephone number, are processed in accordance with the law for the purpose of reservation services and the provision of hotel services.

-Personal data are processed on the basis of the consent given by the users of the Website and in cases where the provisions of the applicable law authorise the Administrator to process personal data.

-The recipients of personal data may be authorities, institutions and entities authorised by law, as well as entities providing services to the Administrator (e.g. IT, legal, accounting services).

-The data provided are not subject to automated profiling.

-The user has the right to inspect the data processed by the Administrator, as well as the right to modify such data, to request their deletion and to limit or stop the processing at any time. The user may also request the deletion of his/her personal data from the website at any time. 

-The user has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
